For thousands of years, humans survived, much like many animals still do today, mainly through our intuitive primal brain.

In the West, over the past 150 years, we’ve mainly learned that we are cognitive beings. For many, our analytical brain has become a strict, often unjust ruler.
When this ‘ruler’ exerts negative influence, it can cause significant harm to our emotional and physical well-being—often without us even realizing it.
In my practice, I regularly meet people who navigate life quickly, intelligently, and analytically, yet are burdened with numerous physical and emotional issues without linking them to their cognitive dominance.
On the other hand, I also encounter people with malnourished, overstuffed, or damaged bodies, often covered in makeup, fillers, or expensive clothing, maintaining a façade of success. The constant need to conform to 24/7 ‘socially desirable behavior’ often has little to do with a healthy self-image.

Our body and mind form an exquisitely refined, collaborative, and unique system. Everything within you is shaped by a combination of your genetic makeup, upbringing, and current environment. Often, your childhood survival strategies block the healthy adult way of living now. Every experience today is colored by the emotional meaning you give it and shaped by past experiences. And this happens unconsciously, until you become aware of it 😉

Individueel therapie sessie

Trauma, ongezonde gewoontes, – gebeurtenissen, -, hormoonschommelingen verstoren (onbewust) onze leefpatronen. Dit kunnen we ervaren doormiddel van allerlei problemen en klachten.
Door het volgen van een tijdelijk behandelprogramma, ga je actief deelnemen aan je verandering en welzijn proces. Met als resultaat dat je beter in je vel zit en bewust sturing geeft aan je leven.

Healing sessie

Een healing ervaar ik als een doeltreffende, liefdevolle, laagdrempelige vorm van het in balans brengen van je zenuwstelsel (en hormonen).
Zeer effectiviteit bij de overgang, burn-out, -PTSS, -overactief zenuwstelsel. Waarvoor geldt dat een vorm van regelmaat in de behandeling de effectiviteit vergroot.
